WhatsApp gets Any.do reminders & tasks integration

WhatsApp is one of the most popular tools to stay in touch with your friends, colleagues, and family daily and with a new feature from Any.do, WhatsApp users can now integrate tasks and reminders into their conversations.

The Any.do task integration is now currently available to WhatsApp users globally. The feature seamlessly allows your reminders and memories to be integrated within WhatsApp conversations with colleagues, friends, or family. It is useful if you’re in a group chat with multiple people.

With the latest version of WhatsApp, users will be able to literally text an Any.do bot things like “Cancel my Netflix subscription” or “Water the plants” to set a reminder. On top of that, the bot also acknowledges forwarded messages from other WhatsApp users so you don’t even have to type out a command or do anything extra to set a reminder.

Once you write or forward a message to the Any.do bot, you’ll be asked by the bot if you’d like to get a reminder and when. You can reply with catchwords like “tomorrow morning” or “today at 6 pm”. The bot will then send you a message reminding you of the same when its time. The best part about using Any.do through WhatsApp is that your reminders will automatically be synchronized with your Any.do to-do lists.

If being extra productive by setting lists and reminders is one of your resolutions for 2020, then Any.do and other similar apps will be helpful in your journey to productivity.
